Nick Pentecost

Nick is a real estate Partner based in the Gatwick office. He joined the firm when it merged with Rawlison Butler in September 2017, having been at Rawlison Butler from a trainee.

Nick is a leading specialist development lawyer and acts for property developers who are buying or selling land to build on. Nick also acts for landowners who are selling land to a property developer.

Nick’s particular expertise covers sales and purchases of land for development, option agreements, conditional contracts, overages and plot sales.
