Phillip Bardsley

Phillip is a London-based Real Estate Partner who joined DMH Stallard in December 2015 from the long standing London solicitors Ross & Craig. He undertakes a wide variety of property transactions for a broad range of clients.

He has particular expertise in providing legal advice to substantial public limited companies, major developers and individual investors.

He has specialised in a wide range of property matters throughout his career and has considerable experience across a number of sectors.

He regularly advises in relation to the commercial aspects and implications of property transactions.

Phillip has particular expertise in relation to complex residential and commercial acquisitions and sales, portfolio purchases and sales and property and land development work. He also regularly advises in respect of site acquisition and unit sales.
