Rustom leads DMH Stallard's highly regarded employment group and is the firm’s Chairman.
Having spent many years representing clients in Employment Tribunals throughout the UK, Rustom now concentrates on providing strategic and tactical employment law advice to clients, focusing in particular on reputation management. His work often involves advice to management teams or trustee boards relating to senior level restructurings and the removal of senior executives, head teachers and others with high profiles both inside and outside of the client’s organisation. The majority of Rustom’s client base is made up of repeat referrals or client recommendations leading to new business.
He was recognised as a notable practitioner in Chambers and Partners 2015 for London. Having led the employment group for many years, Rustom was appointed as the Firm’s Chairman in 2014. He qualified as a solicitor in 1992.
