Sarah Naylor

Sarah is a Partner and Head of the Banking and Finance department. She is an experienced and highly regarded finance lawyer, acting for lenders and borrowers on a wide range of debt finance and refinance transactions, including acquisition, property, commercial and corporate lending and asset based lending deals. She has considerable experience in handling high-value and complex lending transactions, both domestic and cross-border.

She is also experienced in advising building societies and private banks on the design of their mortgage and savings products, including standard terms and conditions as well as issues relating to outsourcing, the payment services regulations and other related regulatory matters.
