Thomas Trowbridge

Tom is a Partner in the real estate department working closely with the firm’s banking and finance sector group. He specialises in secured lending and has a wealth of experience acting for Banks in property development and re-financings.

Tom advises on all aspects of the landlord and tenant relationship and on the sale and purchase of commercial property. He has a wide range of experience in this regard acting for clients from private landowners, limited companies, charities, public authorities and multinational financial services firms.

Tom also has experience of assisting on M&A and capital markets transactions having worked within the Corporate group for over two years prior to undertaking his training contract.
