Donald Adams

Donald Adams has a diverse work experience in manufacturing operations. Donald started their career at Motion Systems as a Manufacturing Engineer from April 2005 to December 2010. Donald then moved to DMI Companies where they held various roles including Lean Engineer & Operations Costing Accountant from January 2011 to April 2012, Lean Department Manager from April 2012 to April 2015, Lean Operations Manager from April 2015 to February 2018, Factory Superintendent from February 2018 to January 2021, and currently serves as the Director of Manufacturing Operations since January 2021.

Donald Adams attended Kent State University, where they studied Manufacturing Processes Design and Manufacturing Engineering. Donald obtained a Lean Six Sigma Certification from Catalyst Connection in February 2011. No specific start or end years are provided for the education at Kent State University.
