Akshay Jalan is a seasoned product professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as AVP- Product at DMI Finance Private Limited since April 2021, Akshay successfully launched a Loan Against Security program and developed an Electric Vehicle financing solution, executing go-to-market strategies. Previous roles include Senior Product Manager and Product Manager at DMI, where Akshay contributed to the integration of products post-acquisition and established foundational processes within the product team. Prior experience includes managing the product lifecycle for Personal Loans and SME business at Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd., and assisting in the launch of Digital Personal Loan products at IIFL. Akshay started a career as a Financial Analyst at Corporate Clinic and served as an Assistant Mathematics Tutor at Kumon Educational UK. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Brunel University of London and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
