Niraj has held various roles such as Chief Technology Officer at R2V2 Technologies Pvt. Ltd., VP Technology at DMI Finance Private Limited, and Manager Information Technology at Encore Capital Group. Throughout their career, Niraj has demonstrated expertise in architecture design, technical solutioning, team management, and IT security and governance.
