Supriya Jain is a seasoned HR professional with over 13 years of experience in recruitment and human resource management. Currently serving as HR Manager at DMI Finance Private Limited since September 2021, Supriya previously held various key roles at Dimensions HRD Consultants, including Practice Lead for Corporate & Leadership Hirings, Team Lead for BFSI-Retail & Corporate Hirings, and Senior HR Consultant for Recruitments. In these roles, Supriya managed the entire recruitment process, overseeing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring documentation. Supriya began the career at ATS Services Pvt Ltd as an Analyst in the Human Resource Vertical, focusing on HR hiring and process development during a period of significant organizational growth. Supriya holds a B.Sc. from the Institute of Home Economics, Delhi University, and is pursuing an M.Sc. at Indira Gandhi National Open University.
