Ron Phene

Ron Phene is a Senior Director at DMI (Digital Management, Inc.) with over 20 years of experience in technology and business management across the Federal Government and commercial sectors. Previously, they held consulting and management roles with organizations such as the U.S. Department of Justice, HUD, and Qatalys, where they successfully led large-scale technology implementations and program management initiatives. Ron has a strong academic background, holding a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. Currently, they oversee the high-visibility Grants.gov ITS contract and are focused on modernizing infrastructure to enhance services for federal agencies.
