Dale Sugimoto

Dale Sugimoto is a seasoned Senior Chemist with extensive experience in the cosmetics and personal care industry. Currently at DMI Personal Care since April 2022, Dale previously worked at Bentley Labs as an R&D Formulation Chemist, and at Markwins Beauty Brands International LTD as a Senior Skincare Chemist. Prior roles include Formulation Chemist at KDC/ONE, where significant production achievements were made, as well as positions at JAFRA Cosmetics International, where a variety of cosmetic products were independently formulated. Additional experience includes R&D Laboratory Technician at Behr Process Corporation, contributing to the commercialization of new paint products, and a documentation internship at Sand Canyon Corporation. Dale holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Stony Brook University, complemented by an academic experience at Gunma University.
