Stephen Tseng has accumulated over 20 years of professional experience. Stephen began their career in 1999 as a Company Chief Counselor and Promotion Manager (First Lieutenant) for the Military Police School. In 1997, they served as the Local Committee President in National Sun Yat-Sen University for AIESEC. In 2003, they became a Sales Representative for Nan Shan Life Insurance Co., Ltd, where they focused on cold call and visit sales plans, resulting in 50 new customers and a 10% increase in sales within one year. In 2006, they were hired as a Product Marketing Manager for Hilti (China). In this role, they created and implemented product strategies to increase product line sales, worked with the brand manager to design website layout and content for the product line, and led a regional cross-function team to launch the product. In 2010, Stephen co-founded Lilian Gem, where they led a project team to design and develop an online jewelry design platform, was responsible for ongoing product development and customer development, and created and implemented an online marketing plan to promote on Weibo, Baidu, forum, Google, and blog. In 2018, they became the Managing Director for eOptions Strategy & Consulting. Finally, in 2019, they were hired as a Digital Marketing Strategist for UP THERE, EVERYWHERE. Prior to this, they were the Co-founder of dminorstudio, where they provided B2B digital marketing services to industrial product and professional service companies to help them grow business in the US and China markets.

Stephen Tseng's education history includes an MBA in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, where they studied Brand Management and Business to Business Marketing. Stephen also completed an exchange student program at the Hanken School of Economics, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Finally, they earned a Bachelor of Administration from the National Sun Yat-Sen University, where they studied General Management.
