Ben Spies

Ben Spies is an experienced finance and development professional with a strong background in the senior living and energy sectors. Currently serving as Sr. Vice President of Development & Finance at DMK Development Group since July 2016, Ben has previously held roles including Vice President and Director of Development & Capital Finance within the same organization. Prior experience includes project management at Atria Senior Living and a position in credit and risk management at Constellation Energy. Ben began their career as a Commercial Portfolio Manager at Fifth Third Bank. Ben holds a Master's degree in Finance from Indiana University Southeast and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Kentucky.
