Richard Willing

Richard Willing, Co-Founder and Director at Boulebar UK, oversees the expansion of Urban Boules. With experience in project and development management at companies like DML Group Ltd, Savills, Gardiner and Theobald, and Arup, Richard has worked on sports venue design projects in various locations. Previously, Richard served as a Staff Officer, Intelligence Officer, and Police Mentor in Afghanistan during their time with HM Forces. Richard holds an MBA in Construction & Real Estate from the University College of Estate Management and a Master of Arts in Geography from The University of Edinburgh.
