Kevin Francis

Kevin Francis has over 16 years of work experience in the field of utility coordination and engineering. Kevin most recently worked as a Senior Utilities Engineer at Horrocks Engineers since June 2018. Prior to that, they were a Senior Construction Engineering Specialist at Fluor Corporation from February 2016 to June 2018. Kevin also worked as a Senior Utility Engineer at HDR from January 2014 to February 2016. Before that, they served as the Utility Coordination Manager at Cardno TBE from February 2013 to January 2014. Earlier in their career, Kevin worked as a Utility Manager at HNTB from July 2008 to February 2013, and as a Utility Coordinator at the New Hampshire Department of Transportation from February 2002 to July 2008. In these roles, they were responsible for managing utility relocations, coordinating utility coordination projects, developing utility agreements, and performing audits of design-builder and utility owner activities. Kevin has extensive experience in utility coordination and engineering, and a strong track record in managing complex projects.

Kevin Francis attended the University of Utah from 1978 to 1985, where they pursued a degree in Geological/Geophysical Engineering. Kevin successfully obtained a Bachelor's degree in Geological/Geophysical Engineering from the same institution. In June 2008, Kevin Francis also obtained the certification of Professional Engineer from the State of New Hampshire.
