Zachary Starkey

Zachary Starkey started their work experience in 2009 at Southern Utah University as a GIS Technician. Zachary worked in this position from 2009 to 2010 and again from January to December 2010. In 2013, they joined Horrocks Engineers as a GIS Analyst and Fiber Design Technician. Zachary worked in these roles from August 2013 to the present.
