Robert Williams

Robert Williams brings extensive experience in customer relations and operations management, currently serving in dual roles at DMP BPO since May 2015. Previous positions include Manager of Operations at Best Little Pawn Shop, where 100% customer satisfaction was achieved, and Procurement/Vendor Relations at DMP BPO from 2006 to 2013. As President and Owner of Metro-Plex Bindery from 1991 to 2006, Robert increased sales by 300% while prioritizing customer needs. The career began in the family business, Williams Jewelry and Loan, where Robert worked from 1982 until inheriting the enterprise in 1984. Robert holds a high school diploma from Ennis High School, graduated in 1982.
