Elizabeth Barton

Customer Relations Director at Nebraska Furniture Mart

Elizabeth Barton oversees the Call Center which includes appliances and electronics customer care, furniture customer care, switchboard team, phone sales, business to business sales, web sales, online support team, global QA and the care center support team. Elizabeth joined NFM in 1995 and was named Senior Customer Relations Manager in 2002. In 2011, she was promoted to her current role as Director of Customer Relations. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Analysis and Management from Bellevue University while working at Nebraska Furniture Mart.
