Volker Ballueder

Volker Ballueder has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Volker started their career in 2016 as an Interim & Fractional Sales Consultant, Sales Coach, and CRO at Ballueder Partners Ltd. In this role, they provided consultation and coaching services to tech start-ups and scale-ups to help them achieve revenue targets and sustainable growth. Currently, they are also serving as the Co-Host of the podcast "Man Up / Man Down," which targets middle-aged men. Additionally, Ballueder has held positions as a CRO at DMR, an Interim CRO and Advisor at AeMotion, a Strategic Commercial Advisor at Dévé, and a Wellbeing & Leadership Coach at Moment Company. Volker has also worked as an Associate Headhunter at Hayden James International, an Investor and Advisor at aisle 3, and an Associate Coach at Thrive Partners. Ballueder is a member of Pavilion and has expertise in sales, leadership, coaching, and strategic advisory roles.

Volker Ballueder's education history starts in 2003 at the University of Aberdeen, where they pursued a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering with Management. This lasted until an unspecified time in 2003. Then, in 2003 and 2004, they attended the University of Aberdeen again to obtain an MBA in Business Studies.

In terms of additional certifications, in August 2003, Ballueder completed the Master Practitioner in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) course offered by SENSORY SYSTEMS (N L P) LIMITED.

Moving ahead to recent years, in 2017, they acquired a Business and Life Coaching Certificate from Udemy. In 2018, they became a Strength Profile Practitioner through Capp & Co Ltd.

Following on, in 2019, Ballueder attained several certifications, including Certified Meditation and Mindfulness Trainer from the School of Positive Transformation, an MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) Course from The British Institute of Mindfulness, Unlocking Emotional Intelligence (EQ) from Six Seconds, and WorkplaceMT Mindfulness at Work Trainer from The Mindfulness Exchange.

Continuing in 2020, they obtained certifications in Stress Coaching from Udemy and Project Management from the Project Management Institute. Additionally, in February 2020, they completed the Salesforce Audience Studio (DMP) - Foundation Class provided by Salesforce.

In 2021, they achieved the following certifications: Executive Leadership from LinkedIn, Mental Health First Aider (MHFA) from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England, and Verified International Academic Qualifications from the World Education Services.

In 2022, Ballueder obtained several certifications, including Creating and Implementing a Sales Playbook that Sticks from Pavilion, CRO School from Pavilion, and Revenue Operations from Pavilion.

Lastly, in 2023, they completed the CMO School and the Enterprise GTM School, both offered by Pavilion.
