Nadia Karime Garza Gallardo, PHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at DMS since March 2020. Previously, Nadia held the position of Chief of Staff at Rapiscan Systems from June 2013 to March 2018, where key responsibilities included acting as the primary contact for the Managing Director’s Office, coordinating with HR, and overseeing strategic planning efforts. Nadia's earlier roles include HR Manager at the Consulate General of Mexico, where emphasis was placed on managing human resources, accounting oversight, and budgeting for community programs. Nadia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey and has international academic experience from BI Norwegian Business School.
