K T A U Lakmal

K T A U Lakmal possesses a diverse background in technology, currently serving as a Trainee Network Security Engineer at DMS Electronics (Pvt) Ltd since June 2023. Lakmal co-founded 1Rupee.lk in December 2021 and previously held the position of CTO at Virtualpensar (PVT) Ltd from August 2022 to May 2023. As the Owner and CEO of TECHCON from March 2019 to November 2022, Lakmal demonstrated entrepreneurial expertise. Additionally, experience as a Computer Hardware Engineer at D. S. Senanayake College from January 2019 to August 2020 further complements a robust skill set. Currently, Lakmal is pursuing dual Bachelor's degrees in Information Technology, specializing in Cyber Security, at SLIIT (2021-2024) and in Physics and Electronics at the University of Kelaniya Sri Lanka (2022-2024).
