Ana Valéria Paiva

Ana Valéria Paiva has extensive work experience in various roles related to procurement and administration. Ana Valéria started their career as an Assistant Administrator at L.V. Indústria e Comércio de Roupas Ltda (Marilan), where they gained experience in different auxiliary functions and later moved to the Planning department. Ana Valéria then worked as a Purchaser at Germany Confecções e Representações Ltda and RLP Indústria Têxtil Ltda. Currently, Ana is the Head of Talent at DMS Logistics, where they are responsible for managing talent and leading the procurement and negotiation processes with suppliers. Ana Valéria'sskills include purchasing, negotiation, supply chain management, and administrative tasks.

Ana Valéria Paiva completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Universidade Unigranrio | Afya from 1997 to 2004. In 2019 to 2021, they pursued a specialization in Business Management at Fundação Dom Cabral. In 2021, they attended a workshop on "Compliance in Hiring and Post-Hiring Processes" at DMS Logistics. Currently, Ana Valéria is enrolled in a Business Administration program in Administration and Business at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa. Ana Valéria is also expected to complete an Executive MBA in Human Resources Management at IAG - Escola de Negócios da PUC-Rio from 2022 to 2023.
