Erika Haifley

Erika Haifley, A-CSPO℠, has over 18 years of experience in product ownership and analysis, currently serving as the Product Owner for eCommerce at DMSi Software since September 2011. Prior roles at DMSi include Senior Analyst and Analyst. Erika's earlier experience includes positions at InfoGroup from October 2005 to September 2011 as a Product Analyst- Account Manager, QA Lead for Web Product Design and Development, and Software Technical Support Specialist. Erika began the career at Qwest Communications as a B2B Solutions Consultant from June 2003 to February 2005. Erika holds a BA in International Business and Management from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and has pursued further education at Intercultura Costa Rica and The University of Southern Mississippi.
