Rafal Skrzypczak is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in controls engineering and management. Currently serving as the Controls Engineering Manager at DMW&H since August 2021, Rafal previously held the position of Manager of Engineering at Control & Power Systems, Inc. for over two decades, from May 1998 to May 2021. Rafal holds both a Master of Science in Automation in Thermal Power Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical and Power Engineering, obtained from Wrocław University of Science and Technology between 1992 and 1997.
