Wayne M. has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Wayne served as the President & CEO at DMY Engineering Consultants Inc., where they successfully led the team to provide practical and cost-effective solutions through innovation and integration. Wayne also strategically expanded the company's operations in Virginia, DC, and Maryland while nurturing a culture of growth and excellence for employees. Prior to that, Wayne worked at ECS Mid-Atlantic, LLC as a Department Manager/Senior Project Engineer from 2004 to 2009. Wayne also gained experience as a Staff Engineer at Versar from 2002 to 2004.

Wayne M. began their education in 1996 at Tianjin University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering in Structural Engineering. Wayne completed their undergraduate studies in 2000. Following this, Wayne pursued a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering at Purdue University from 2001 to 2002.
