Will Kelsey, PE, is a seasoned Project Engineer with extensive experience in geotechnical engineering. Currently at DMY Engineering Consultants Inc. since June 2021, Will has previously held positions at Froehling & Robertson, Inc., and Geotechnical Consulting & Testing, Inc., where expertise included the preparation of geotechnical reports, slope stability analysis, and foundation design. Early career experience at FMC & Associates involved managing large construction testing projects and proposal preparations. Will earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from George Mason University between 2008 and 2010.
