Instrument Product Development Engineer at DNA Electronics

Indrani Mikkilineni began their work experience in 2012 as a Research Apprentice for Professor Peter Burke's Lab through the Undergraduate Research Apprenticeship Program. Indrani then served as a Peer Academic Advisor at UCI School of Engineering from September 2012 to June 2013. In 2013, they worked as a Research Intern at BASIC Spine for two months. From September 2011 to June 2014, they worked as a Research Assistant at Professor William Tang's Lab. In 2014, they worked as a Manufacturing Intern at Ellipse Technologies from January to August. In 2015, they became a Product Development Engineer at Cytori, where they designed sterile, single-use consumable products and performed engineering tests for verification and validation. Indrani joined Strata Skin Sciences in September 2016 as an R&D Engineer, where they reduced subassembly DOAs and developed processes to ensure consistent manufacturing quality. Indrani'slatest position was at DNA Electronics (DNAe) as an Instrument Product Development Engineer, starting in October 2019.

Indrani Mikkilineni pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering at UC Irvine from 2010 to 2014. Afterward, they enrolled in UC San Diego and obtained a Master's Degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering, completing their studies in 2015.
