Jennifer Dabbert has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. In 2015, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at ART adventure STUDIO, where they assisted in teaching art classes. From 2016 to 2018, they served as a Project Lead at Forte Apparel, taking charge of various projects. In 2017, Jennifer worked as a Laboratory Assistant at California State University San Marcos. In 2018, they interned at Sara Jacobs for Congress, gaining valuable political experience. From 2019 they worked as a Summer Intern at Scripps Health. Jennifer Dabbert completed their high school education from High Tech High North County from 2014 to 2018, earning a High School Diploma. After that, they attended UCLA from 2018 to 2022, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Ecology, Evolution, Systematics, and Population Biology.

In October 2022, they completed the following certifications from Greenlight Guru: "An Overview of Risk Management," "Audit Basics," "Balancing Innovation & Regulation: Navigating Design Development While Keeping Quality and Regulatory in Mind," "Design Control 101," and "Training Management in the Medical Device Industry." Additionally, in August 2022, they obtained Basic Life Support + CPR certification from the American Red Cross.
