Juuso Karikoski

Juuso Karikoski has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to the present. Juuso currently serves as the Head of BI and Data Management and Lead Product Owner at DNA Oyj. In this role, they lead a team of 50 people and focuses on enhancing the company's data capabilities for decision making and change resiliency.

Prior to their current role, Juuso was the Head of Custom Analytics and Delivery Ops at Verto Analytics. Juuso oversaw the delivery of data products to clients and collaborated with other teams in the company to build new products. Juuso also served as a Project Manager, managing complex client delivery projects and acting as the main contact for sales and market operations.

Before their industry positions, Juuso worked at Aalto University, where they held various roles including Advisor, PhD Candidate, Researcher, and Master's Thesis Worker. During their time at Aalto University, they focused on research and analysis of mobile interpersonal communication service usage. Juuso also worked as a Research Assistant at Helsinki University of Technology.

(Tech.) in Telecommunication from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan from 2003 to 2009. In 2007-2008, they attended RWTH Aachen University, where they received a Master's degree in Telecommunication. Juuso also completed their Matriculation Examination at Munkkiniemi Secondary School from 1996 to 2002. In terms of certifications, they earned the Certified SAFe® 5 Agile Product Manager certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2021, and the Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager certification in 2020.
