Mia Åhlgren has extensive work experience in customer service and management roles. Mia started their career in 1996 at If P&C Insurance as a Planner and worked there until 2006. In 2007, they joined Sanoma Television/Welho as a Service Coordinator. In 2008, they joined DNA Ltd and held various positions such as Service Manager, Group Manager, Head of Department, and Director Customer Solutions. Since 2017, Mia has been working at DNA Oyj, where they initially served as the Head of Department and later took on the role of Head of Customer Encounter Services. Mia'sresponsibilities include developing customer service expertise, leading sales and customer experience, managing partner collaborations, and leading personnel experience steering group.
