Riitta Merta

Riitta Merta has extensive experience in product and project management within the telecommunications and software industries, currently serving as Development Manager at DNA Oyj since 2020. Previously, at Louhi Software Oy, Riitta focused on strategic business positioning and the development of web services for small businesses. Prior roles at Elisa included Product Manager for video streaming services, where Riitta enhanced customer experience and managed international vendor relations, and Program and Development Manager for SME solutions. Early career experiences include technical sales support at Telia Finland and project coordination at Radiolinja. Riitta holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences and is pursuing a Master's Degree in Adult and Continuing Education Administration at the University of Jyväskylä.
