Yuxin Shi

Yuxin Shi is a Senior Software Engineer at DNAnexus since May 2021, where contributions include leading the integration of Nextflow on the DNAnexus Cloud Platform and enhancing the dxCompiler for WDL/CWL compliance and performance. Prior experience includes roles as a Software Engineer focused on Apps & Workflows at Complete Genomics Inc. and as an Associate Software Engineer at the Wang Lab, UC San Diego. Yuxin Shi holds a Master of Science in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from UC San Diego and two Bachelor’s degrees, one in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Michigan and another in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
