Christopher Doherty

Christopher Doherty is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Manager Legal & Company Secretary for APAC at dnata since May 2024. Previous roles include Senior Legal Counsel at Virgin Australia from April 2022 to May 2024, and Deputy General Counsel at G8 Education Ltd from August 2019 to March 2022, where Christopher led the legal team during a challenging pandemic period. Christopher has also held positions as General Counsel and Company Secretary for Australia & New Zealand at Inditex, Senior Associate at Mills Oakley, and Associate at HWL Ebsworth and Baker & McKenzie. Christopher holds a Master of Laws from UNSW, a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The College of Law Australia, a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Newcastle.
