Frederick Adornado has over two decades of experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at dnata since November 2006, where responsibilities include translating the CEO's vision into actionable plans and managing resources for operational efficiency. Prior roles at dnata include Ground Operations Officer and Ramp and Flight Operations Manager, focusing on ground handling services and ramp personnel management. Previously, Frederick worked as a Load Planner at Swissport, handling aircraft weight and balance calculations, and began a career as a Customer Service Agent at MIASCOR, addressing customer inquiries and complaints. Frederick holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from PATTS College of Aeronautics.
