Ivette C. Stephenson

Ivette is responsible for dnata Catering & Retail’s global commercial functions, focusing on unlocking growth opportunities, deepening partnerships, and reinforcing the division’s competitive position. Ivette brings over 25 years of international experience across Europe, the Americas and Asia, with a proven track record of shaping commercial strategy, leading complex negotiations, and driving sustainable business growth. Ivette joined dnata Catering UK in January 2024 as UK Sales Director, where she successfully led growth initiatives and strengthened key client relationships. Prior to joining dnata, she held senior leadership roles at global organisations including Compass Group and Cemex, delivering strong commercial outcomes.

Originally from Mexico, Ivette holds an MBA from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (Tec de Monterrey), has lived and worked in six countries, speaking fluent English and Spanish and bringing a truly global mindset to her role.
