Jon Harwood has over a decade of experience in the catering and aviation sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Retail and Head of Procurement and Supply Chain at dnata Catering since October 2015. Before joining dnata, Jon held several managerial positions at British Airways from October 2009 to September 2015, including Manager of Inbound Catering at Heathrow, Corporate Responsibility Manager for Customer Partnerships, and Ramp Change Programme Manager for Heathrow Operations.
