Previously, Michael held various roles impacting passenger services for major airlines, including British Airways and Qatar Airways. In addition to a robust career in aviation, Michael has been active in holistic practices since 1992, leading workshops and producing holistic products through New Holistic Lightacademy and Avalon/Lightelixirs. A diverse educational background includes qualifications in trauma therapy and integrative energy therapy, alongside business management and travel expertise.
