Paul Beech

Vice President Customer Service Delivery

Paul Beech serves as the Vice President of Customer Service Delivery at dnata since September 2017, leading diverse teams in customer services, special handling, and airport operations control centres for Dubai, managing over 130 airline customers and more than 10 million passengers annually. Previously, Paul held the position of Global Contact Centre Manager at Emirates Airline from April 2009 to September 2017, overseeing over 6 million customer interactions and leading a team of 800 people. Prior experience includes roles as Country Manager for British Airways in Bangladesh and Contact Centre Manager for Asia & Pacific, where Paul managed key operational and commercial initiatives. Paul also has a strong foundation in direct sales and change management from previous positions with British Airways starting in 1998. Paul holds a degree from London Business School and attended South Cheshire College from 1990 to 1992.
