Rakesh Chawla

Rakesh Chawla is an experienced aviation professional with extensive expertise in airport operations and customer service. Currently serving as the Service Delivery Manager at dnata since October 2018, Rakesh oversees passenger and cargo operations at DWC Al Maktoum International Airport. Prior to this role, Rakesh held multiple senior positions at Jet Airways from April 2008 to April 2018, including General Manager Airport Services at Mumbai International Airport and Regional Manager Airport Services for South East Asia & SAARC, managing international operations across multiple airports. Rakesh's career began at Gulf Air as an Airport Duty Manager and includes early experience as a Customer Service Executive at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. Rakesh holds a B.Sc. in Electronics from Delhi University and various diplomas and certificates in airline studies, management, customer service, operations, finance, and accounting through IATA training.
