Even Westerveld is an experienced communication and people executive with twenty years of diverse background in politics, consulting, finance, and payments. They currently serve as the Chief People & Communication Officer at DNB, Norway's largest financial institution, where they lead a team of over 11,000 employees. Prior to this, Even held various roles including head of Communication & Sustainability at DNB and head of Brand & Communication at Vipps MobilePay, among others. They also contributed to the field as a former partner at Geelmuyden.Kiese and held a Vice President position with the Norwegian Young Christian Democrats. Even earned an M.A. in political science from the University of Oslo.
