Hanne Haugstad

Hanne Haugstad has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as HR Tech Partner and Project Manager at DNB since September 2017, and previously as SVP, Head of Recruitment & Employer Branding. Hanne's career includes a significant tenure at IBM from April 2001 to September 2017, leading recruitment efforts in Norway and the Nordic region, and managing various HR programs during mergers and acquisitions. Hanne also held roles such as Project & Bid Manager in Human Capital Management and had leadership positions at SAS Institute and The Norwegian Institute for the Graphic Arts Industries. Hanne holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management & Administration from BI Norwegian Business School, coaching qualifications from the Coaches Training Institute, and an engineering degree in Media Management from Gjøvik University College.
