Idar Fagereng

Idar Fagereng is an experienced professional in corporate banking, currently serving as SVP - Global Head of Active Portfolio Management at DNB since August 2008. In this role, Idar leads active portfolio management initiatives, while also having served as a Senior Advisor focused on large corporates and international active portfolio management, as well as product and business development for working capital solutions. Prior to DNB, Idar worked at TDC Song from February 2000 to July 2008 as a Product Manager and Business Advisor, specializing in product management, corporate strategy, finance, and M&A. Idar holds a Master of Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics and a Master of Science in Computer Science/Telematics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, complemented by studies at UC Santa Barbara.
