Oksana Smirnova

Oksana Smirnova is an experienced Test Manager at DNB since June 2019, overseeing all testing activities in the Business Intelligence Business Unit. Prior to this role, Oksana served as a Senior Consultant at Webstep and held various positions including Testleder/Consultant at Bouvet ASA and Senior Software Testing Engineer at Aker Solutions, where leadership in software testing processes was a key responsibility. Oksana's early career includes roles as Senior Software Testing Engineer at Zoral Labs and Intego Group, LLC, and as Head of Testing Department at Bank Forum Commerzbank Group, where team management and quality control procedures were emphasized. Oksana started in software testing as a Software Testing Engineer at Scorto. Oksana holds an M.S. in Applied Mathematics from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University and has achieved a B2 Language Level in Norwegian Language and Literature from Johannes Læringssenter.
