Jelle Victoor

Jelle Victoor is a seasoned software developer and entrepreneur with extensive experience in various technology roles. As the founder of Victoor.io since October 2019, Jelle has been driving innovation in the tech space. Currently serving as a software engineer at dnergy® since October 2023, Jelle previously held positions such as a software developer at BiometrIQ, where contributions to personal health optimization via DNA and lifestyle analysis were made. At VRT, from December 2022 to September 2023, Jelle played a key role in simplifying a legacy video delivery codebase as a senior software craftsman. As CTO of CONUNDRA from June 2013 to July 2022, Jelle emphasized a people-first leadership approach, fostering self-organizing teams. Earlier experiences include IT roles at RealDolmen and consulting at the National Bank of Belgium, with an academic background in applied computer science.
