Aditya Vikal has extensive experience in operations and technical recruitment, currently serving as the Head of Operations at Dnext Consulting, Inc. since April 2023. Prior to this role, Aditya held positions as Lead Technical Recruiter and Information Technology Technical Recruiter at TEK Inspirations LLC from May 2019 to April 2023. Aditya holds a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in R&F Microwave and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, both obtained from Swami Vivekananda Subharti University in Meerut, with completion dates in 2017 and 2015, respectively.
