Ziyaad Manie

Ziyaad Manie currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at DNI since January 2020, where responsibilities include leading group strategy focused on growth initiatives such as M&A, product development, geographic expansion, and various strategic partnerships. Ziyaad holds several executive and non-executive directorships in multiple companies, including DN Invest (Pty) Ltd and various others within the technology and investment sectors. Prior to DNI, Ziyaad was a Leveraged Finance Transactor at Rand Merchant Bank from 2013 to 2019, achieving senior VP status. Ziyaad also led a team representing the University of Cape Town in the CFA Institute Research Challenge and participated in internships at both JPMorgan Chase and Rand Merchant Bank. Ziyaad completed a Bachelor of Business Science in Finance & Accounting from the University of Cape Town from 2009 to 2012, following a matric certificate from Bishops Diocesan College.
