Nicholas Holmes

Nicholas Holmes has extensive experience in investment management. Nicholas started their career at Tortoise Capital Advisors in 2009 as an Investment Analyst and quickly rose to the position of Director. Nicholas then joined Ecofin in 2020 as a Portfolio Manager and Managing Director before moving to Duff & Phelps Investment Management Co. in 2023 as the Managing Director and Portfolio Manager.

Nicholas Holmes earned their BA in Political Science from Yale University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Following their undergraduate degree, they pursued further education at the University of Kansas - Graduate School of Business. From 2008 to 2010, Nicholas completed their MBA with a concentration in Finance. In August 2013, they obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute.
