Stephen Dye

Stephen Dye, CFA has a diverse work experience in various finance and investment roles. Stephen'smost recent position is as the Director, Global REIT Analyst at Duff & Phelps Investment Management Co., where they started in July 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Summer Associate in Real Estate at MetLife Investment Management in 2020. From 2016 to 2019, they served as a Corporate Earnings Analyst at Condor Hospitality Trust, Inc. Before that, they held two positions at Baird, starting as an Equity Research Analyst from 2013 to 2015, and then as an Equity Research Associate from 2015 to 2016. Stephen also worked as an Analyst at First Annapolis Consulting, Inc. from 2011 to 2013. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as a Finance Business Associate at Walt Disney Imagineering in 2010 and as a Strategic Planning Analyst at IGT in 2008.

Stephen Dye, CFA, obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a Cum Laude distinction in Finance & Political Science from the University of Notre Dame. Stephen attended Georgetown Preparatory School and earned their High School Diploma. Later, Stephen pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Real Estate, Capital Markets, and Investments from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. In addition to their academic achievements, Stephen obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute in September 2018.
