Andreas Lützhøft

Andreas Lardon is a seasoned professional in engineering and project management, currently serving as the Manager of Global Planning, Reporting & Processes at ZF Group since April 2019. Lardon's expertise includes project planning, resource management, and R&D investment strategies, alongside tool development and the application of artificial intelligence. Prior to ZF Group, Lardon held various roles at Applus+ IDIADA, where responsibilities included leading the German Offshore Development Center in India, optimizing business processes, and managing CAE product coordination. Lardon's academic background includes a Diplom-Ingenieur in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Aerospace Engineering from Technische Universität Dresden and experience as an ERASMUS intern at Sapienza Università di Roma.
