Chaman Srivastava

Chaman Srivastava is a Senior Consultant and Engineer in the Structural Advisory Section at DNV, where consultancy, due diligence, and engineering for composite materials projects are the primary focus since September 2023. Previously, Chaman served as a Lecturer and Course Coordinator at the Department of Manufacturing and Civil Engineering, teaching courses on Material Science and Material Technology from September 2022 to May 2023. Chaman also worked as a Marie Skłodowska Curie Researcher at the University of Patras from March 2017 to May 2019, collaborating with Bombardier Aerospace on multi-scale modeling of impacts on aerostructures under the EU Project ICONIC ITN. Prior experience includes a role as a Graduate Student Researcher at Siemens PLM Software, where the analysis of manufacturing inter-laminar defects on aeronautical omega stiffeners was conducted. Chaman holds a PhD in Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, an MS in Materials Engineering from KU Leuven, and a BTech in Materials Science and Metallurgical Engineering from Kanpur University, India.
